As you can see, we have the insulation started, the retaining wall for the playground, and almost all the windows are in. When we were leaving, the exterior doors had just arrived. Next week the contractors will be installing drywall and siding!
We were able to take a walk through the building. It’s unbelievable to be able to see the rough shape of the classrooms now. Each classroom will have a bathroom; the plumbing for the kids’ bathrooms is there! A video compilation is posted on our Facebook page of a walk-through of some of the spaces. Check it out!
The roof and the front of the building is starting to take shape.
Look at the framing! It’s almost to a point where we will be able to add the first layer to the walls! These pictures give us a good idea of how big it will be. So much room for the kids!

The last of the cement work is completed. Next, we’re starting to build up!
